  • Please join tenor Brian Thorsett and harpist Naomi Hoffmeyer as they present an evening of vocal music with harp accompaniment. Featured works include Britten's realizations from Harmonia Sacra, the 5 Popular Greek Songs of Ravel and our centerpiece, the US Premiere of Alec Roth's Romantic Residues. This work asks: what do we remember from our past romantic encounters? Poetic, brooding and humorous, this cycle composed to words of Vikram Seth will haunt your ear and heart for time to come.
